These terms cover your use of Bunch, the app made by Bunch Live, Inc. (“we”). By using Bunch you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

Who can use Bunch

You need to be at least 13 to use Bunch, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. You’re responsible for your account and what happens on it, so keep your sign-in secure.

Be good to each other

Bunch is for hanging out with friends. Don’t use it to:

• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• share anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hate;
• spam people, or send invites or buzzes to people who don’t want them;
• record or share other people’s voice or video without their permission;
• break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the app.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post: messages, statuses, photos and avatars. You give us permission to store, process and show it to the people you share it with, only so we can run Bunch. You’re responsible for having the right to share it.

Games and other services

Some games and features come from other companies, and connecting accounts like Spotify or Discord is optional. Their own terms apply to those services, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Ending your account

You can stop using Bunch at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@bunch.live. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

No warranties

Bunch is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available, bug-free or secure.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Bunch Live, Inc. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Bunch. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Bunch after a change, you accept the new terms.
